DataWise uses authenticated access for student data workflows. Student and staff information is available only to authorized accounts based on assigned roles and student access.

The application is intended for education data collection, printable data sheets, and school progress reporting. It does not provide proxy browsing, entertainment content, public chat, or social networking features.
