Quick Start Guide for Teachers

1. Log in

Sign in with the email and password provided by your administrator. If you don't have an account, ask your admin to create one.

2. Daily Data Entry

Go to Students in the navigation bar. You'll see students assigned to you with goals in the current collection cycle.

For each student:

  1. Set the Session date (defaults to today, within the cycle range).
  2. Click the Enter Data icon to start a data entry session.

Inside the session, record each goal's data:

  • Trials: Select Yes / No / NA / Prompted / Independent for each trial.
  • Numeric: Enter a number value.
  • Multiple choice: Pick a response from the list.
  • Notes: Add any observations (optional, 1000 chars max).

3. Save or Submit

  • Save Draft — saves your work without completing the session. You can come back later.
  • Submit — finalizes the session. All required fields must be filled. Submitted sessions are read-only unless an admin unlocks them for correction.

4. Subject Filter

If a student has goals in multiple subject areas, use the filter bar at the top of the session page to show only one subject area at a time. Click All subjects to see everything again.

5. Reports

Go to Reports in the navigation bar. Available reports:

  • Printable Daily Sheet — print-ready sheet for a student, showing their goals and a table of submitted sessions. Filter by date range.
  • Cycle Summary — overview of all goals and submission counts across the cycle.
  • Student Data Report — detailed response history for a student. Filter by subject and date range. Use the quick-select buttons (This Week, Last 30 Days, etc.) to jump to common ranges.
  • Missing Data Report — see which students are missing entries for the current cycle.

6. Aide Access

Teachers can add aides, assign each aide directly to the students they can support, and issue acknowledgement-only aide tasks. The Aide Acknowledgements report shows when instructions were issued, due, and acknowledged.

7. End of Cycle

When the current cycle ends, an administrator or manager can copy the cycle forward to create a new cycle with the same students and goals. You'll then see the new cycle in your worklist.

Tips

  • Use Save Draft frequently if entering data throughout the day.
  • Only click Submit when the session is complete. Submitted data is locked for normal users; an admin can unlock a session when a correction is needed.
  • The session date defaults to today, but you can change it to any date within the cycle.
  • Use the Printable Daily Sheet report for paper backups or observation notes.
  • Use Student Data Report to review a specific student's progress over time.
  • If something isn't working, contact your administrator.
